Therapy
Come back to yourself.
Therapy is a space to slow down, understand yourself more deeply, and create new ways of moving through life.
Individual Therapy
Individual therapy offers a supportive, confidential space for adults in North Carolina who are navigating emotional overwhelm and distress, transitions, and relational challenges. My work is designed for those who are seeking not just symptom relief, but a deeper understanding of themselves and the patterns that shape how they think, feel, and relate.
Many of my clients also come in feeling stuck in patterns that are difficult to change on their own. This may look like challenges with communication and boundaries, people-pleasing, or uncertainty about how to express needs—especially during moments of anger, conflict, or emotional intensity. Others feel overwhelmed by decision-making, or notice themselves repeating familiar relational patterns despite having insight into them. In our work together, we focus on slowing these patterns down, building awareness in real time, and supporting you in integrating insight into practical, meaningful change in your daily life.
Sessions are available both virtually and in person in Brevard, NC, including walk-and-talk therapy in nature for those who feel most regulated and connected outdoors. I also offer Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy in collaboration with Concierge Medicine (Asheville) for clients exploring additional support for mental health concerns or deeper trauma integration.
In our work together, we slow things down so you can better understand your internal world, regulate your nervous system, and develop a more compassionate relationship with yourself. This allows for meaningful change that is both emotional and practical—helping you move through life with greater clarity, steadiness, and connection.
