My Story

While therapy is about you, it may help to know a bit about me and that I’m with you on this human journey.

I knew at 16 that my soul’s purpose was to become a therapist. It was a strange knowing—I had never been to therapy, nor had anyone I knew, and on top of that, I was terrified to feel my feelings. But the calling was clear, and it never left me.

That inner voice led me into more than two decades of work in the mental health field, serving in many counseling roles all over the country. This valuable experience taught me how to be with people in their greatest moments of pain and how to help facilitate lasting transformation.

I went on to earn two Master’s degrees in Counseling–one being Transpersonal Psychology and the other Clinical Mental Health; the intersection between science and spirit has always fascinated me. In that time, I got married and became a mother to a daughter.

While all this inner and outer work was deeply satisfying, it also left me depleted. I did too much. Again. And eventually, burned out from all the overfunctioning.

It was during that stressful period when I came to understand anxiety not as a flaw to fix, or a symptom to manage away, but as a sacred signal. It was a call back to my body. My truth. My enoughness. My soul.

To find out what it really meant to slow down. To say no. No more urgency and constant doing to feel okay, but to have enough capacity to stay in my body, hold the boundary, tolerate the anger, soften to the grief, allow the joy, and get to know uncertainty and discomfort like old friends.

This awakening transformed how I live, how I heal, and informed how I built my business where I not have the honor of helping others in the same way. The space we create is for women not just to feel better—but to come home to themselves.
