For many women, intuition has been drowned out by years of anxiety, self-doubt, people-pleasing, and the pressure to do life correctly. We’ve learned to scan outward for answers, approval, reassurance—while the deepest guidance waits patiently within.
Winter Intuition is a private, three-month journey designed to help you slow down, soften your nervous system, and re-learn how to listen to yourself—clearly, compassionately, and without pressure. This is not about becoming more “psychic” or getting it right.
It’s about remembering how to trust what you already feel.
WELCOME TO WINTER intuition
Over three months, we’ll meet privately to cultivate intuition as a felt, embodied relationship—not a mental skill.
Our work unfolds gently and organically, guided by the season and by you.
Month One: This month is about creating the inner conditions where intuition can actually be heard.
Together we’ll:
Shift your nervous system from vigilance into receptivity
Learn how intuition shows up in your body
Practice sensing before interpreting
Build safety around stillness, rest, and inward attention
Month Two: This phase helps you stop second-guessing yourself and begin recognizing your own internal language.
Once listening becomes familiar, we deepen trust.
We’ll explore:
How to differentiate intuition from anxiety or fear responses
How your history and attachment patterns may cloud inner signals
How to ask the right inner questions
How intuition communicates through sensation, image, impulse, and emotion
Month Three: Learning to Trust & Integrate
Here, intuition becomes lived. We’ll focus on:
Applying intuitive awareness to relationships, boundaries, and decisions
Practicing embodied yes/no discernment
Integrating intuition into daily life—not just “big moments”
Creating simple rituals and practices you can continue on your own
By the end of our work, intuition is no longer something you “try to access”—it becomes something you relate to.
Hey, I’m Kate!
I’m Kate Hannon—therapist, coach, and guide for women navigating anxiety, self-doubt, and the longing to come home to themselves.
My work is informed by transpersonal psychology, nervous system regulation, attachment theory, and years of supporting women who are deeply sensitive, intuitive, and often overwhelmed by the world.
I don’t believe intuition needs to be activated.
I believe it needs to be protected, welcomed, and trusted.
INTRODUCING WINTER intuition
This work isn’t about changing your mindset or manifestation course. It’s not about learning to be a psychic or spiritual bypassing, where we tell ourselves ‘all is good’ while ignoring harder feelings.
It IS about learning to listen and trust the wisdom already in your body as it’s somatic (body-based) as it’s trauma and nervous system informed. I't’s grounded in feminine rhythms and seasonal wisdom that is gentle, deep, and relational.

Answer: We begin Winter Intuition January 19th. We will schedule your coaching sessions weekly, at a time that works for us both. Sessions are to be scheduled through April 30, 2026.
